order page, there is a link to order custom printing. Click on the
link and fill out the form completely, click "submit form" and it
will be emailed immediately and directly to Carmel Dream Designs.

What do I do if I receive my order and there is an error
on the part of Carmel Dream Designs? |

Carmel Dream Designs have made an error on your order, please call us
ASAP. We will try our best to get the correct product shipped the
next day (does not apply to custom printed orders). We will also
pay for the return shipment of incorrect product sent. Call for
estimated time on custom printed orders. |

Does Carmel Dream Designs have a restocking fee for
returned orders? |
|
Yes, it is 10% of order
if shipment is returned. Returns must be made within 14 days of
receiving the order. All credits will be issued to the credit card
used for initial purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.
No refunds on custom printed orders. |

How do I return a
damaged shipment? |

All claims of damaged
product must be made within 7 days of receipt of order. To process
a damage claim you must save the shipping box and contents. Please
call for an authorization number before returning merchandise. |
